- Coaching is conducted via phone (with the exception of Grief Recovery Method® which takes place in person). You will initiate the call to the phone number shown on our Coaching Agreement.
- Coaching sessions may be scheduled every week for the first 4 weeks of the month, or every other week starting with either the first or second week of the month.
- Your coaching sessions are scheduled per our Coaching Agreement.
- Monthly payments are due in advance no later than the day before the first coaching session of each month.
- Payment options include personal check mailed to the address on our Coaching Agreement, Credit Card (information taken over the phone), or PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account) using the menu on the Services page, which includes a drop-down menu for the number of sessions per month.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- If there is a cancellation by you, it must be done no later than 24 hours prior to your session. If scheduling allows, we can schedule a make-up session, but there will be no guarantee there will be time in the same week. Cancelled sessions may also be made up by adding another week to your schedule.
- If I must cancel a session you will be refunded for the session or we can add a make-up session as our schedule allows.
- You will initiate each scheduled call. If you do not call within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the session will be terminated and the fee for that session will not be refunded nor the session rescheduled.
